Quality
Our competent and dedicated employees all contribute to ensuring our quality. Therefore, all employees receive thorough training in our processes at the start of their employment.
We have clear procedures for employee training and division of responsibilities in our production. As well as prepared documented instructions for all our processes.
If our operator experiences any issues with your goods that could compromise our treatment, our quality department or sales department will contact you to clarify the further process.
At daily morning meetings with participation from quality, production, development, and sales, all current issues are discussed to ensure coordinated efforts, information, and progress.
If you as a customer experience any errors in your goods, our quality department, in collaboration with other functions in the company, will ensure a quick complaint handling process to minimize any inconvenience for you as a customer. We ensure that all data relating to complaints is stored, and we use the knowledge we gain to avoid future occurrences.
Certificate
As standard, we attach a certificate to all orders we surface treat. The certificate contains information about the order's basic data, coating thickness (average value), adhesion test, measuring equipment, and any remarks about the order. The certificate is attached to the product but can be sent by email if requested.
If necessary, we also have the ability to attach a measurement report.
Control
We have a modern control room with XRF measuring equipment, micrometers, as well as both analog and digital microscopes. This ensures a thorough and consistent control of our coatings.
IT
In June 2020, we implemented SAP B1/BEAS as our new ERP system. This ensures our quality work as we ensure correct, consistent data throughout the company and greater ability to follow up on all processes. All our data is now collected in one system.
We have installed an efficient firewall and backup of all data, so we are assured that we can quickly be up again after any breakdowns.
