Our laboratory is an important part of the company. Chemical and other analyses of our processes are performed here to ensure that they function optimally.
Laboratory
Our laboratory is, among other things, equipped with:
- Atomic absorption spectrophotometer (High-Resolution Continuum Source AAS) with the option of analyzing up to 67 elements
- UV-VIS spectrophotometer
- Metal microscope and equipment for the production of microsands
- Tensiometer for measuring surface tension
- pH meter, conductivity meter, rectifiers, Hull cells, analytical balance, etc
- In addition to usual equipment for titrimetric analyses
If we cannot carry out the analysis ourselves, it is sent to an external laboratory.
All analysis results, additions/adjustments, replacements, etc., are stored in a database for at least 10 years.
The laboratory also takes care of all additions, as well as purchases and stock management of chemicals.
The company's wastewater is also monitored and analyzed by the laboratory, as well as through an external laboratory.
